The assistant can help with general accommodation information but may make mistakes. Verify important details with our team. Its answers alone do not confirm availability, prices, cancellations, payments or bookings.
Human support
You can request human assistance using our contact details. The assistant is not an emergency channel.
Personal data and security
Do not send identity documents, card details, passwords or access codes in the chat. Use only the check-in and payment channels specified in your booking. Our privacy policy provides the applicable data-processing information.
Identification from the start
Channels using AI should identify themselves clearly when the interaction begins. This page supplements, but does not replace, that initial notice or the booking conditions.
