Where exactly is OhSuites located?
We are at Paseo de Las Canteras 58, 35010 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, right on the beachfront of Las Canteras Beach. Gran Canaria Airport (LPA) is 25 km away (around 25 minutes by car).
Is it a hotel or an apartment?
OhSuites is a boutique tourist apartment property. We have 16 units across 8 types. There is no 24/7 reception desk: assistance is via WhatsApp and email, and access is self check-in by code.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Access is autonomous by code, so you can arrive any time after 3:00 PM with no need to coordinate a specific hour. If you arrive earlier, we offer a luggage storage service on the ground floor: contact us by WhatsApp for access.
How do I get the access code?
Four days before your arrival you will receive a link to complete the online check-in (mandatory traveller registration). Once completed, your access code is sent by email. Without the online registration, access codes are not sent.
What does each apartment include?
All apartments and studios include fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, safe and access to the rooftop terrace.
Is there cleaning during the stay?
Towels are normally changed every 3–4 days and bed linen every 6–7 days. Please contact our team if you need anything else.
Is there parking?
We do not have private parking. We recommend Parking Telpark Secretario Padilla, very close to the property. You can book your space online in advance via this link: Book Telpark parking.
Do you accept pets?
No. OhSuites is a pet-free property, out of respect for other guests and for hygiene and allergy reasons.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is not allowed in the building, including balconies and the rooftop. Check your booking conditions for any charges relating to non-compliance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation conditions, payments and any charges depend on the selected rate. Check the terms shown before confirming your booking.
Is there a laundry?
Yes, on the 4th floor there is a self-service laundry with automatic washer and dryer. Payment is made by card directly on the machines.
What is around the property?
We are on Las Canteras Beach (3 km of sand, one of the best urban beaches in Europe). Nearby: Parque Santa Catalina, Elder Museum, El Muelle Shopping Centre, Port of La Luz and Alfredo Kraus Auditorium.
Do all units have sea views and a balcony?
No. There are interior apartments and several sea-view categories, some with balconies. A beachfront building does not mean every unit has sea views. Check the details and photographs of your booked category.
